Terms and Conditions

The duration of a lesson is thirty (30) minutes. Lessons must always finish at the scheduled time.

Your session fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the cheque is refunded only before entering a new session.

There are only two registration dates during which students may register for the program.

All Suzuki students are expected to participate in the concerts of December and June.

The purchase of Suzuki method books, CD’s or other supplies deemed necessary to the child’s teacher are the responsibility of the parents.

Any absences must be reported 24 hours in advance in order to receive a make-up lesson. Failure of parents to give a 24-hour notice in the case of absences will result in a lost lesson.

Make-up lessons are only given for cancellations that have been given more than 24 hours notification. In the event of sudden illness where 24 hours cannot be given, the name of the student will be added to a waiting list. The lesson will be given, upon the teacher’s availability, at the end of the session. This applies to no more than 2 cancellations with more then 24hours notice per session.

All lessons missed due to the teacher’s absence will be made up.

One week at the end of each semester is allotted in order for teachers to make up missed lessons.

A parent/guardian is required to be present at all lessons
